User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the rules of conduct that apply to every registered user of the BadBeat.tv website and related services (the "Service") operated by Hand2Note Software Ltd. ("BadBeat.tv", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service; in the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. By creating an account or using the Service as a registered user, you accept this Agreement.

1. Your Account

1. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended.
2. Your account is personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or lend your account or credentials to any other person, and you may not use another person's account.
3. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@badbeat.tv.
4. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to hold an account.

2. Rules of Conduct

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

1. abuse, harass, threaten, or defame any person, including other users, players featured on the Service, or BadBeat.tv staff;
2. submit false information in support requests, or otherwise obstruct our staff in providing support and operating the Service;
3. impersonate any person or entity, including BadBeat.tv representatives or other users;
4. publish or share another person's personal information without their consent;
5. use the Service to advertise, solicit, or promote third-party products or services without our prior written permission;
6. upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
7. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization;
8. use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service or extract data from it, except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
9. circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls, access restrictions, or other technical protection measures;
10. copy, redistribute, republish, sublicense, sell, or systematically make available content, statistics, or data obtained through the Service, including subscriber-only content, except for limited personal use or with our written permission;
11. interfere with the ability of other users to enjoy the Service, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
12. knowingly exploit a bug or security vulnerability, or publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate it — report security issues privately to support@badbeat.tv;
13. encourage or assist any other person to violate this Agreement.

3. Enforcement

1. Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of a violation, we may remove access to affected features, issue a warning, temporarily suspend access, or terminate your account.
2. We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice when reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated violation, protect the Service or another person, prevent fraud or security harm, or comply with law.
3. Termination for your material breach does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of a billing period except where our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, or applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
4. You may ask us to review an enforcement decision by contacting support@badbeat.tv and providing relevant details. We will consider the request in good faith, but access may remain restricted during the review.

4. Feedback and Communications

If you send us feedback, a correction request, or a support message, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and share that content only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, operate or improve the Service, and protect our legal rights. You must have the right to send the content and must not include information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

5. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
