Yi Sha Chen

Elizabeth Chen, also known as Yi Sha Chen or Yiyi, is a Chinese poker player from Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. Before entering the poker world, she worked as a dance teacher, an unusual background among high-stakes players. She began playing in Shanghai clubs in 2016.

Chen became interested in poker after watching videos of legendary players Phil Ivey and Tom Dwan. Though she has competed in prestigious high-stakes events, she has described herself as a semiprofessional player who values the freedom to travel, explore different lifestyles, and pursue interests beyond the poker table.

Chen gained international visibility through appearances on Triton Poker’s high-stakes cash-game streams, including the 2024 Triton Cash Game Invitational, where she played as a VIP. Her growing profile in the Asian poker community led to an AApoker team affiliation in December 2024 and an announced move to the Red Dragon team in October 2025.

Away from poker, Chen enjoys traveling, reading, watching films, and playing pickleball. She has also emphasized the importance of emotional control at the table, recommending simple techniques such as deep breathing, taking breaks, and doing 20 jumping jacks to reset after frustrating moments. Her creative background, international poker experience, and interests beyond the game give her a distinctive presence on the livestream poker circuit.
