Matthew Kolibas

Matthew Kolibas, better known as “Keyboard Monkey” or “KBM,” is an American poker player, professional trader, and entrepreneur. He has appeared on high-stakes livestreams such as Poker at the Lodge and WPT Cash and has built a reputation beyond poker through his involvement in cryptocurrency, NFTs, and financial markets. His professional background includes trading stocks, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets.

Outside poker, Kolibas is a cofounder of YEET, a cryptocurrency casino and sportsbook launched with fellow poker player Ben Lamb and entrepreneur Mando. The company announced $7.75 million in funding in 2025. He is also an investor in NFT marketplace Blur and was included in NFT Now’s 2023 list of notable collectors.

Kolibas also cohosts Rekt Radio, a podcast about cryptocurrency, trading, sports betting, poker, and NFT culture, alongside OSF and Mando. The show features conversations with prominent figures in these fields, including professional poker player Phil Galfond. Outside the digital-asset space, Kolibas is a rare-wine enthusiast and has been listed as Chief Strategic Advisor to Evinco Winery DAO, a Napa Valley wine-focused venture.

Although Kolibas plays high-stakes poker, his public career is centered more on trading and entrepreneurship than on professional poker. He has also supported charitable poker initiatives, contributing $10,000 to take part in a 2020 online poker fundraiser for Feeding America. Known online as Keyboard Monkey, he brings together interests in poker, investing, technology, and collecting, and is recognized in both the poker and cryptocurrency communities.
