Brandon Steven

Brandon Steven is a Wichita, Kansas entrepreneur best known as the owner and president of Brandon Steven Motors and a co-owner of Steven Enterprises. His interests extend beyond automotive retail to Genesis Health Clubs, restaurants, real estate, entertainment venues, and the Wichita Thunder professional hockey team. A major 2026 acquisition expanded his dealership group to more than 30 locations across Kansas, California, and Maryland.

Steven showed an entrepreneurial streak early on. At 12, he ran a pigeon-removal business called “Pigeon Busters,” and in college he sold advertising, scooters, and used cars. After earning a business-commerce degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1995, he returned to Wichita and began building his automotive career from a small used-car operation he opened in 1996.

At the poker table, Steven is best described as a serious high-stakes recreational player. He started in small home games before moving to larger live cash games and televised lineups, including High Stakes Poker, No Gamble, No Future, and Hustler Casino Live. Steven has said that business and family remain the priorities and that poker has never been a realistic full-time career.

Outside poker, Steven is a prominent regional businessperson with substantial interests in automotive retail, fitness, hospitality, and professional sports. He and his brothers have owned the Wichita Thunder since 2011, and his newer ventures include Gravitas, a private social club in Beverly Hills. He lives in Wichita with his wife, Karen, and their six children.
